All newly purchased powered ride-on vehicles are covered from manufacturer defects occurring under normal use under our complimentary standard warranty or our add-on extended product warranty.

This extended warranty provides comprehensive coverage — including parts and labor — for one (1) ride-on vehicle purchased under the following terms:

Coverage Terms
Under this extended warranty, you are entitled to receive replacement parts and repair services totaling up to the original tax-exclusive price of your ride-on vehicle.
For example:
If your ride-on was purchased at $600 (before tax), your warranty provides a credit balance of $600 toward parts and repairs. Each time a replacement part or service is issued, the value is deducted from that balance.
You may continue to make claims under this extended warranty until:
- You reach the full $600 coverage limit, or
- A one-time accidental damage replacement is issued (whichever comes first).
If your warranty balance has remaining value when a full replacement is required, that amount will be applied as credit, and you’ll only be responsible for the difference if the new product exceeds the original value.
Activation, Transfer, and Termination
- Coverage begins 31 days after purchase – the time at which you may file your first claim
- During the initial 31 days, your product remains protected by our standard complimentary warranty.
- The warranty is terminated once:
- A one-time accidental damage claim is made and fulfilled
- The cumulative value of claimed parts reaches the product’s original tax-exclusive value.
- A new extended warranty can be purchased if the customer receives a replacement ride-on under the accidental damage clause.
- This warranty is owner-transferable, but not product-transferable (remains valid regardless of ownership change but tied to the original product).

After Filing a Warranty Claim – What’s Next?
- Once your claim has been submitted, please wait for confirmation of approval from the CPS Team before taking further steps.
- After receiving approval, you may proceed with one of the following:
- a)Bring your ride-on vehicle to our Service Centre
- b)You may choose to pick up the replacement part from the Service Centre
- c)If visiting the Service Centre is not feasible, you may provide your shipping details
*Please note shipping costs may apply to replacement parts and/or products
Replacements & Settlements
If your product is deemed irreparable, you will be offered the following remdies valued up to 50% of the tax-exclusive cost of your product; adjusted to factor in product depreciation and the culminative sum of previous approved claims

Shipping Deductibles for Replacements
- Shipping fees are not covered under this extended warranty. Please conact the Service Centre for a shipping quote
- There is no shipping / delivery fees associated with in-store pick ups
Warranty Exclusions
The extended warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Modifications or use of non-manufacturer-approved accessories
- Water exposure (Ride-ons are not waterproof and should not be operated in rain, snow, or wet conditions)
- Off-road misuse (products are not designed for rugged off-road use)
Damage from the above scenarios can include:
- Motor failure or fire
- Connector corrosion
- Electrical malfunction
KidsVIP reserves the right to void this warranty if product misuse is continued to be observed after a precaution notice has been given to the customer.
Important Notice on Damage Reporting
To maintain eligibility for warranty coverage on damaged components, and / or damages resulting from shipping & handling, please note that customers must inspect the package and contents upon receipt and before beginning assembly. If any broken or deformed components are discovered, they must be reported immediately or at most, 48 hours after confirmed delivery with photo documentation to support@kidsvip.ca
If such damages are reported after the product has been assembled or more than 48 hours after delivery is confirmed, we are unable to verify that the defect was caused by manufacturer or courrier error . In these cases, replacement parts and/or repair services will be offered at the customer’s expense.
