Returns *excluding parts
We offer a 14-day (2-week) return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, with all tags intact. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please be advised that all parts are FINAL SALE — purchases are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable
Damages and issues
Customers must inspect the shipment and all components of the product before beginning assembly. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items received must be reported immediately with photo/video validation to support@kidsvip.ca.
If such damages are reported after the product has been assembled, we are unable to verify the issue as a manufacturing defect. In these cases, replacement parts will be offered at the customer's expense.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returns are not accepted on sale items or purchases made with gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union: 14-Day Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
