Shipping charges are determined based on the delivery destination, product dimensions, and third-party carrier requirements.

 

Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST for eligible delivery addresses within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) may qualify for same-day GTA delivery. Same-day delivery is available only in eligible GTA areas and excludes weekends and holidays.

 

Estimated delivery times range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. All delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

KidsVIP is not liable for delays caused by courier service interruptions, weather conditions, or other events beyond its control.

 

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, including incorrect address, refusal, or inability to obtain a required signature, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping charges.

 

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

 

Rural or remote delivery addresses MAY incur an additional shipping fee. In such instances, customers are provided with a comparative shipping quote outlining available standard couriers and their associated rates. For destinations where shipping costs exceed $149.99, the customer is responsible for the difference.
