Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST qualify for same-day delivery. This service is available exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and is subject to eligibility based on delivery location.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Signature Requirement
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt to ensure secure and verified delivery.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt (including refusal of delivery or inability to obtain a signature), the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping and return costs.
