We offer a14-day (2-week) return window,meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return —Parts and other ‘FINAL SALE’ items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchangeexcept where required by law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging,with all accessories and parts included. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
