During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping or delivery charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do require a signature for delivery.

Standard Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

Once you place your order for delivery, our team will contact you to schedule the delivery of your ride by car. We usually process deliveries at the end of each week (Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays).

KidsVip offers FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING on all models at a charge of $49.99. Your shipping address must be in Canada.

KidsVip ships its ride-on cars from its Toronto distribution center using Canada Post, Canpar, or Day&Ross depending on the weight and dimensions of the model to ensure maximum safety of our shipments.

Tracking Orders:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.

*: Please note that some geographical areas may have logistical restrictions. In this case, we will request a quote from our shipping company for the address provided. Sometimes, we may not be able to inform you in advance, but you will receive an email advising you of the shipping information.

Products shipped to remote/beyond point areas of Canada may be required for an extra charge for shipping.
In these cases, extra shipping charges may apply.
If extra shipping charges are required for your order we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to pay the additional fees or cancel your order. If you don’t respond within 48 hours, your order will automatically be canceled.
