About our Ride on Cars
How long does my car need to be charged for and how much runtime will I get after a full charge?
Most of the ride on cars will have some charge in them when you purchase them, we recommend to charge the battery for 8 hours for a 12V car and 10 hours for a 24V car or buggy.
A fully charged battery should last between 45 to 90 minutes depending on the weight of the child and the surface it is riding on. You will start noticing less runtime after about 100 recharges. Do not hesitate to contact us for spare parts (battery, charger…).
Is there much assembly required?
Assembling our ride-on cars is easy and anyone can do it. The longest assembly would be around 45 minutes to an hour. Most our cars take 15-30 minutes to assemble and come with an assembly manual for your reference. We also offer detailed videos for your convenience. If you would prefer that our team assembles it for you, just make sure to write “to be assembled for pickup on the (date)” and we will assemble the ride on car for your pickup.
What’s the difference between KidsVip ride on cars and others in the Market?
At KidsVip, we make sure to ONLY provide Original and Officially Licensed models under the Highest US Standard Certification in terms of Quality and components (ASTM certification). We source ride on cars from around the world to ensure the best quality at the best price. Please note that some models might look the same but specifications differ. Our models are the Most Upgraded version in the market and come with the most upgraded features (rubber wheels, bigger batteries and motors, UL certified chargers…)
Do the ride on cars come with a parental remote control or can my child drive the car by themselves?
Most of our cars can be operated with in-car controls using the pedal, steering wheel and reverse/forward options, or can be driven using the fully functional parental remote control if your child can’t reach the pedal or need assistance in driving.
Our Ride on Cars offer an Emergency STOP Button that can stop the car by simply pressing one button. Please refer to the model’s profile page to know if it’s controlled by remote control.
How can I pair the parental remote control to the Ride on Car?
Our remotes are connected via Bluetooth and come with instructions printed at the back. The pairing usually goes as follows: First, ensure that the ride on car is turned off, insert batteries in the remote, press and hold the pairing button until the lights start flashing. Once they do, turn on the car and it should be paired and ready to go.
Why does my car have minor indentations on the body?
We work tirelessly with our manufacturers to provide the best quality for a great price when it comes to our ride on cars. Please note that, during the manufacturing process, the plastic of the car has to be bent and molded, which will result on small indentations, light scratches or pressure marks on the body work. These will NOT affect the overall performance or design of the ride on car and will still have all high end specifications of our upgraded models.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Once we confirm the order and payment, our handling time is usually 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days (for expedite option) depending on the provinces. For “Pre-Orders”, you should be able to get an estimated time of arrival on the model’s profile page.
What are the Shipping costs?
We offer FREE shipping of all our ride on cars to ALL provinces in Canada.

How will I be notified of the shipping?
Once we ship your ride on car, we will send you a notification email with the tracking number for your reference.
Can you deliver the ride on car to my address?
We offer delivery to the GTA only. We usually deliver at the end of every week and we will call you to schedule your delivery at least one day ahead. For more information about our delivery service, please refer to our “Terms & Conditions” page on our website.
Is the ride on car delivered assembled?
We usually deliver ride on cars in its original box. If you would like us to deliver your ride on car assembled, there will be an extra charge of $39.99.
What are my payment options?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal and email transfer to our account. A cash payment is also accepted if you choose to come to our showroom for purchase/pickup.
Assembly, warranty and Servicing/Repair Questions
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We offer 1 Year Warranty for Main Circuit Board and Soundboard. We provide a warranty of 6 months for mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Benefits include parts and labor costs resulting from technical issues caused by defects in workmanship and materials. You can refer to our Terms & Conditions page for more information.
What’s your return policy?
We offer returns within 7 days ONLY for new, unused and in original box items. For more information, please check our Terms & Conditions page.
What should I do if I have an issue with my new ride on car?
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number (name) as well as a contact number and a description of the issue. Our team will perform a telephone diagnosis of the model’s issue and will instruct you as to the procedures for obtaining service for your ride on car.
Do you offer repairs for ride on cars not purchased at KidsVip?
We offer a detailed service diagnostic for your ride on car, even if you didn’t purchase it from us. Our price for an initial investigation and diagnostic is 55$. We won’t proceed to any repair until we provide the quotation and get approval from you.
Can I Pickup my ride on car if I order online?
Yes. Our showroom is in Woodbridge, so if you would like to pickup your ride on car, just make sure to select “Local Pickup” option at the checkout section.
What’s the showroom’s address?
Our showroom is located in 250 Trowers Rd Unit 1, Woodbridge. You are more than welcome to visit us and check our variety of ride on cars.
Can another person pickup my order?
Yes, when you order the ride on car on our website, just make sure to specify the name of the person for pickup at the “Order Notes” section at the checkout page. You can also send us an email at “email@example.com”
Can I change from Pickup to Shipping instead?
Yes. We offer Free shipping so just send us an email with your order number and we will make sure to ship your model as soon as possible.
What are your Hours of Operations:
We are open 7 days a week. Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm. Saturday-Sunday: 12pm-6pm.
Do you always have stock ready for me to purchase?
Yes. We have a number of ride on cars in stock. If you like a model on our website and it says “Pre Order”, you would be able to see the ETA at the model’s profile page. You can also come to our showroom to see our models first and buy on the spot with debit/credit card, email transfer or cash. If you have any issues with ordering on our website, you can let us know and we can prepare an invoice and send it to you directly.
Is there a way for me to see the ride on cars if I’m not in the Grand Toronto Area?
At the moment, we only have one physical location in Woodbridge. If you want to see the ride on cars before purchase, you can refer to our videos on the model’s profile page, or you can arrange a video call with one of our staff that can show you the models in our showroom and assist you with any question.
