Warranty:

KidsVip provides a warranty of 6 months for mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use and operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Benefits include parts and labor costs resulting from technical issues caused by defects in workmanship and materials.

KidsVip offers 1 Year Warranty for Main Circuit Board and Soundboard.

Warranty exclusions:

Our warranty covers normal use and does not cover the ride on car or the battery if it has been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, modification and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials. This limited warranty also does not cover any physical damage and/or water damage.

Please note that the shipping cost of necessary parts is not included in the warranty.

Damaged, not as described, broken or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours with pictures of the model by phone at 844-543-7847 or by email at: support@kidsvip.ca

Availability of Service and Delays:

Our technical team will make a reasonable effort to provide timely service of your product, however we cannot be held liable for delays beyond our team’s control or any damages that may arise out of delays caused by factors including but not limited to manufacturer’s delays, shipping or Acts of Nature.

If you need service:

You must send us an email prior to receiving service with the following information:

– Name;

– Order number;

– Phone Number;

– Model name;

– Description of the issue with pictures for reference.

Our team will perform a telephone diagnosis of the model’s issue and will instruct you as to the procedures for obtaining service for your ride on car.

Returns, Refunds and DOA :

KidsVip offers returns within 7 days ONLY for new, unused, and in original box items.

If a customer decides to return a ride on car, they need to purchase a return shipping label and send us the tracking info. Once the model is returned and inspected, a refund will then be issued. Please note if the ride on is not returned in a new and unused condition, a restocking fee up to 60% may apply.

Processing Fee:

Please note that refunds via Credit Card or PayPal are subject to a 5% processing fee.

In case of a damage during shipping, please contact us right away with pictures for reference so we can open an investigation claim with our shipping company and assist you with replacement of damaged parts and items.

Please note that KidsVip reserves the right to reject returns, exchanges or cancel its warranty due to compliance to federal laws in case of a pandemic, inappropriate usage, poor condition of item or any other event beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturer’s delays, shipping or Acts of nature.

Cancellation and Refused Packages FEES:

Customers who wish to cancel a purchase must pay a 5% processing charge, and orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You have the option to refuse the box once it is delivered to your door, but you will be responsible for the restocking charge, which is 40% of the total. You will receive a refund once the item has been returned and inspected.

Shipping and Delivery:

Please note that excluding for territories, KidsVIP offers free delivery; nevertheless, certain locations may be beyond the point and require additional shipping expenses. Prior to delivery, we will send the shipping quote from the shipping company through email.

To all our customers, due to a global epidemic situation, the shipping companies might experience some transportation delays in your location. Please be patient, the package is coming your way, and don’t forget to stay safe!

 

It is important that you provide a complete and correct delivery address at checkout. Reshipped orders or unclaimed orders will be charged for shipping cost.

Standard, Expedited, Same- Day Delivery, and Local Pickup:

Please keep in mind that Standard delivery takes between 5 to 10 business days, although this is subject to change depending on the 3rd party shipping provider.

The Expedited service refers to the fact that your order will be given top priority and delivered as soon as possible but we do not guarantee any delivery time. For our customers in Ontario, this may mean that your shipment will arrive in 3-5 business days, but note that the 3-5 business days DELIVERY is ONLY FOR ONTARIO CUSTOMERS. For other provinces of Canada, we can only guarantee that your order is given first priority to be shipped.

Only GTA residents are eligible for Same-Day Delivery.

Local pickup is only available if you are able to pick it up at our showroom.
