Return Policy
We offer a 14-day (2-week) return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return β Parts and other βFINAL SALEβ items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was receivedβunused, unopened, and sealed in its original packaging, with all accessories and parts included. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
A restocking fee will be applied to the return. Said fee ranges from 10% to 30% depending on the product, and the condition of the return.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing and restocking fees.

Exhange Policy

Kids VIP will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee to be applied to the credit amount.
The final credit amount (after the restocking fee is applied) is given as store credit
No refunds are issued for exchanges
Orders & Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Kids VIP reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where there is a pricing error, inventory issue, or suspected fraud.
Pre-order estimated arrival times are subject to change and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, including manufacturing timelines, freight delays, or customs processing. If a shipment is delayed, customers will be notified accordingly.
Pre-orders are fulfilled as soon as inventory arrives. Delays do not qualify for concessions, discounts, or compensation, as the timing is not guaranteed. While we understand delays can be inconvenient, rest assured that your order will be fulfilled once the shipment is received.
Order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee applied to to cover non-recoverable payment processing and administrative handling costsβthis includes pre-order cancellations. The applicable processing fee will be deducted, and the refund amount will reflect this adjustment. Processing fees are non-refundable. Shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Orders for which assembly has been requested and completed are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Kids VIP reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions (including pricing and product information) and to adjust pricing due to market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, advertising errors, or other circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 11:00 AM EST destined for the GTA qualify for Same-Day GTA Delivery. This service is available exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and is subject to eligibility based on delivery locationβavailability of this service excludes weekends and holidays
Estimated delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and third-party shipping provider.
Shipping speeds are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kids VIP is not responsible for delays caused by courrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt (including incorrect address, refusal of delivery or inability to obtain a signature), the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. box addresses.
Missing and Damaged Product
We strive to provide every customer with a fully functional product that matches its description. However, because products remain sealed in the manufacturerβs packaging until they are received by the customer, we are unable to account for any broken or missing components discovered after delivery.
If If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you observe defects, damages, or missing parts from your order during the unboxing process, you must notify the Kids VIP Service Centre within 48 hours of delivery. Your notice must include an order number and clear photos/videos of the issue that includes packaging and product condition.
Documented information must be submitted via email to support@kidsvip.ca. Once received, our support team will review your request and contact you with the best solution, which may include replacement parts, exchange, repair guidance, or other resolution as determined by Kids VIP, subject to availability and applicable law.
Failure to report the issue within 48 hours, or failure to provide the required information, may limit or void eligibility for support, replacement, exchange, or refund, except where prohibited by law.
Product Warranty
Warranty coverageβwhere applicableβvaries by product and is subject to the Warranty Terms provided with the product.
A productβs warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
